1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AsaniSay platform, website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, job seekers, service providers, businesses, and any other parties interacting with the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. AsaniSay reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or have parental consent.

- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post spam, malware, or phishing links
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
AsaniSay reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.
5. Listings & Transactions
AsaniSay is a platform that connects Clients and Providers. We do not directly participate in any transaction between Users. All agreements for services, tasks, jobs, or products are solely between the Client and Provider. AsaniSay is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any services or products offered through the Platform. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence and communicate clearly about expectations before engaging in any transaction.
AsaniSay does not guarantee any outcome from listings or transactions. Use the Platform at your own risk.
6. Payments & Fees
Creating a basic profile and browsing the Platform is free. AsaniSay may charge fees for premium features, featured listings, successful service bookings, or other transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. We use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely. AsaniSay does not store your full payment information. Refunds and disputes are handled according to our Refund Policy.
All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its code, design, layout, graphics, and logo, is owned by AsaniSay and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. However, you retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant AsaniSay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to operate the Platform.
8. Termination & Suspension
AsaniSay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or harm to the Platform or its Users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AsaniSay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsaniSay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
AsaniSay's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AsaniSay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
AsaniSay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
