1. Be Respectful and Kind

Treat every member of our community with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. This applies to all interactions—messages, reviews, listings, and comments.

All job postings, service listings, tasks, products, and business profiles must be accurate and truthful. Misleading information, false claims, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

3. No Spam, Scams, or Fraud

Any form of spam, phishing, fraudulent activities, or attempts to scam other users will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action. This includes fake job postings, payment scams, and identity theft.

4. Respect Intellectual Property

Only post content that you own or have permission to use. Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of images, text, or branding is prohibited.

The following are not allowed on AsaniSay: illegal goods or services, adult content, weapons, drugs, gambling, counterfeit items, and any activity that violates local laws.

6. Protect Privacy & Data

Do not share personal information of others without consent. Respect data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Avoid posting sensitive information like addresses, IDs, or financial details publicly.

7. Leave Honest Reviews

Reviews help build trust in our community. Leave honest, constructive feedback based on your actual experience. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.

8. One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, manipulate ratings, or deceive others is a violation of our guidelines.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban depending on severity and frequency. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our community.
